Makes 1 cup; can be multiplied.
1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
3 Tbsp mayonnaise (or half mayo + half plain yogurt)
1/2 tsp curry powder, mild or hot
1 Tbsp ketchup
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, or more to taste
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and chill at least 4 hours or overnight to allow flavors to marry.
Serve with crackers, cucumber slices, celery or pita triangles.
