Makes 1 smoothie.
1/2 cup baby kale leaves
1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
Juice of 1 lime
1 Tbsp golden raisins
Agave nectar (optional), to taste
3-4 ice cubes
In the work bowl of a blender, layer the kale, avocado, yogurt, lime juice and raisins. Process until smooth; if needed, add 1 tablespoon of water.
Add 3-4 ice cubes, and process again until smooth.
Taste, and adjust with a small bit of agave nectar, if you wish.
Serve very cold.
