Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup pitted fresh cherries
1/2 cup unsweetened white grape juice
1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
2 mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
Directions
Place first 6 ingredients, plus 2 mint leaves, in a blender. Process until smooth.
Garnish with additional mint leaves, and serve immediately.
