Serves 4-6.
Ingredients
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
Zest and juice of 1 small lemon
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp capers, drained and chopped
1/2 tsp fresh black pepper, or more to taste
12-oz bag broccoli slaw, rinsed and dried in a salad spinner
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine first six ingredients. Stir together with a rubber spatula.
Add the broccoli slaw, and stir to combine. Refrigerate for 15 minutes, or up to several hours, before serving.
